Let me share my very first time experience with you all. Yesterday, i followed dady, ah yi, gung gung, and dady's friends to Jln Gasing for mountain walking. At first, i thought it was easy and it should be no problems for me.. HAHA!! i was wrong! starting was fun i tell you.. the hardest is when you reach the "many steps" parts.. really omg.. i was okay that time and i thought i ll be okay also after that.. about 15min later..after a tall and long "hang san" part... i stopped down and suddenly i felt dizzy and i can feel my heartbeats increasin... the moment i stopped and stood thr behind a tree my eyes suddenly gone blur and my head was in a really pain conditio.. they stopped and asked if i was okay or not and asked me not to sit.. tat time i cant really hear what they were saying.. i was about to vomit twice but failed.. @@ dady said my face become pale and my lip turns into WHITE!!! ohhh myyy...... sounds like a ghost... he still joke ther, " i shld take a pic of your face just now and show bakbak them"..he only says this after i was back to normal after 20-25min rest if i m not mistaken lar... wat a day...
anyway, i still wanted to go there again... after my final... ><


And there are some things that i would like to share with you all especially to those who never go "hang san" before..

1. Bring a small bottle of "Fung Yao". know what "fung Yao is? okay...
2. Sweet.. to gain back glucose inside your body.. -.-
3. 100 plus.... easy to vomit arr... lolx
4. slow down your speed in the starting...do not rush or force yourself... this will cause you "pening" and etc..
5. do not drink too much of water while you walking... this will give u bad effect.. just 1 or 2 drop is enough..hehe
6. lastly, dont keep/take anything you saw.... you have to pay back for what you have take.. XD

still got more to study.. although i ve almost studied all of the chapters except the last few chapters but still very confused..
